AquaSoul Home Affiliates Policy

Welcome to the AquaSoul Home Affiliates Program hosted on GoAffPro LTM! This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and responsibilities for all affiliates participating in our program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

1. GoAffPro Statement

These Terms of Service constitute an agreement (“Agreement”) for the provision of Cloud Services by GoAffPro, an India-based entity (“GoAffPro”), and any person or entity opening an online account with GoAffPro (“Customer”) as specified in the information provided by the Customer to GoAffPro in the online registration form.

This Agreement is effective as of the date the Customer clicks “Accepted and Agreed To” or a similar button during the registration process. Customer’s use of and GoAffPro’s provision of the Cloud Services and GoAffPro System are governed by this Agreement.

2. Locations

AquaSoul Home Decor is home-based in Gainesville, FL, and owned and managed by Elizabeth Reed. AquaSoul also has representatives in Beckley, WV, and Nigeria.

3. Definitions

  • Affiliate: A participant in the AquaSoul Home Affiliates Program.

  • Affiliate Sales Revenue: Revenue generated through affiliate referrals.

  • Customer Data: Information provided by affiliates and customers.

  • Privacy Policy: Refers to GoAffPro’s privacy policy (link) and AquaSoul Home's consent policy (link).

 

Additional definitions include Cloud Services, Documentation, Subscription Fees, and Term, among others.

4. The System

  • Affiliates gain access to the GoAffPro system to:

  • Track sales.

  • Generate referral links.

  • Access performance metrics.

System revisions may occur without prior notice to improve functionality.

5. Fees

  • Participation in the AquaSoul Home Affiliates Program is free - until January (TBA)

  • Affiliates earn a commission percentage of sales, which is specified upon enrollment.

  • Payment of commissions is processed monthly via the payment method selected in the GoAffPro portal.

6. Customer Data & Privacy

  • Use of Customer Data: Customer data is used solely for managing affiliate operations.

  • Privacy Policy: Governed by GoAffPro and AquaSoul Home policies.

  • Data Deletion: Affiliates may request data deletion in compliance with privacy laws.

7. Responsibilities and Restrictions

  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws.

  • Unauthorized access or misuse of the system is strictly prohibited.

  • Affiliates must accurately represent AquaSoul Home products and avoid deceptive marketing practices.

8. Intellectual Property and Feedback

  • IP Rights: GoAffPro retains ownership of the system and its components.

  • Feedback Usage: Affiliates grant AquaSoul Home and GoAffPro permission to use feedback for program improvements without compensation.

9. Confidential Information

  • Maintain confidentiality of non-public information.

  • Delete confidential information upon termination of affiliation

10. Representations and Warranties

  • GoAffPro: Ensures the system is free from known IP infringements.

  • AquaSoul Home: Affiliates affirm legal authorization to participate in the program.

11. Indemnification

Affiliates indemnify AquaSoul Home and GoAffPro against claims arising from system misuse or policy violations.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Liability is limited to the commissions earned.

  • Consequential damages are excluded.

13. Term and Termination

  • The agreement is effective upon acceptance and continues until terminated by either party.

  • Termination may occur for cause, including non-compliance with terms.

  • Upon termination, affiliates forfeit any unpaid commissions.

14. Multi-Tier Compensation Plan

  • Our compensation plan rewards performance, team-building, and loyalty.

  • Affiliate Commission Structure

  • Owner's Commission: 55% of sales revenue.

  • Team Leader Earnings: 50% commissions.

  • Tier 2: 35% commissions.

  • Tier 3: 30% commissions.

  • Tier 4: 25% commissions.

  • Tier 5: 15% commissions.

  • Team Leader Downline Earnings

  • Team leaders earn additional commissions from their downline:

  • Tier 2: 5%

  • Tier 3: 4%

  • Tier 4: 3%

  • Tier 5: 2%

  • Returning Shopper Purchases

  • Affiliates earn commissions from repeat customer purchases:

  • Tier 2: 7%

  • Tier 3: 6%

  • Tier 4: 5%

  • Tier 5: 3%

15. Rewards and Points System

  • Affiliates can earn reward points through various activities, including:

  • Book a Session: 10–55 points, depending on tier.

  • Buy a Ticket: 1 point per $1 spent.

  • Purchase a Product: 75–550 points, depending on tier.

  • Sign Up to the Site: 50–150 points.

  • Points Expiration

  • Points expire after 3 months of inactivity.

  • Redeemable Rewards

  • Flexible Discounts: Earn $15–$50 discounts based on points accumulated.

  • Thank-You Gifts: Discounts of 15%–45% based on tiers.

16. Tier Levels and Eligibility

  • Basic: 0 points to enter.

  • Silver: 500 points to enter.

  • Gold: 1,000 points to enter.

  • Gold Tier Perks

  • 1 coin earned for every $14.29 spent.

  • Eligibility for free products, gift cards, and premium access.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Independent Contractors: Affiliates are not employees of AquaSoul Home or GoAffPro.

  • Choice of Law: Governed by the laws of Florida, USA.

  • By joining the AquaSoul Home Affiliates Program, you agree to these terms and commit to upholding the integrity of AquaSoul Home’s brand and values.
