Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at AquaSoul Home & Gift Shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

**Returns:**

1. **Eligibility:**
   To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. **Timeframe:**
   You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

3. **Process:**
   To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at aquasoulhomegiftshop@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

4. **Return Shipping:**
   The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).

**Refunds:**

1. **Processing:**
   Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. **Timing:**
   Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to appear in your account. The timing may vary based on your financial institution.

**Exchanges:**

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

**Damaged or Defective Items:**

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
