  • Items must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with original tags attached.

  • If a product is damaged or defective, claims must be placed within 5 days of receiving the item.

  • Customers should contact AquaSoul Home Decor with their return request. AquaSoul will coordinate with the supplier on your behalf.

2. AliExpress Finds

  • Refund policies for AliExpress-sourced items may vary by supplier, with resolutions taking up to 30 business days.

  • Refund and return information will be provided in the product description or Additional Information section on the product page.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within the specified return window (typically 5–14 days).

3. Direct DIY Crafter Products
